Australia: State
of the Service Reports. As mandated through Section 44 of the Public Service Act
of 1999, Public Service Commissioner must
provide an annual report to the Minister for presentation to the Parliament. Included in the report is the state of the Australian Public Service for the
year.
Kenya:
Performance Contracts. An approach towards the improvement of the performance of
public agencies and public enterprises through good governance and enhanced
accountability.
Azerbaijan:
Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI). As one of the
pilot subject for the implementation of the EITI, Azerbaijan’s State Oil Fund
(SOFAZ) serves as a framework for other extractive industries for the
implementation of the EITI. Within the domestic setting, the SOFAZ has contributed
to the state’s budget to support in infrastructure projects and other social
services.
