Belo Horizonte, Brazil: Rede Jovem de Cidadania (Youth Citizenship Network). Established by a non-government organization (NGO), with the support of public and private sectors, to support the youth. The RJC uses media and technology to support low-income people of Belo Horizonte. Through the network, information dissemination and sharing of ideas across communities were made possible.
