Dr. Sombat Thamrongthanyawong is the present President of National Institute of Development Administration (Thailand).
University of Canberra (Australia), Council of Local Authorities for International Relations(Japan), and Career Executive Service Board (Philippines) elected as group member representatives to the EROPA Executive Council.
Prof. Akio Kamiko, Mr. Ahmadreza Ashrafologhalaei, and Mr. Joel San Luis, elected as new individual member representatives.
The Eastern Regional Organization for Public Administration (EROPA) is an organization of states, groups and individuals in the general area of Asia and the Pacific. The Organization came into being in 1960, in response to a common desire among developing countries to promote regional cooperation in improving knowledge, systems and practices of government administration to help accelerate economic and social development.
