OBJECTIVES

The general objectives of EROPA are as follows:

• Promote good practice and conduct in public administration and management within the region in order to achieve a high standard of service to the governments and their publics.
  
  
• Develop an appreciation of the value and importance of effective and efficient public administration.
  
  
• Develop and promote the study of public administration.
  
  
• Foster cooperation, communication and understanding amongst organizations and individuals having an interest in public administration.
  
  
• Develop leadership qualities and management expertise, especially at the executive and middle management levels.
