A Letter from GSPA-NIDA for EROPA 2011 Conference Participants
Thursday, 05 January 2012 17:55
Dear respected EROPA delegates and participants,
The EROPA 2011 Organizing Committee wishes you a happy, prosperous, and successful new year 2012.
The planning of the postponed 23rd EROPA General Assembly and Conference is well on its way and the conference date is approaching quickly.
In order to support our planning process, we would like to ask for your cooperation with the following issues:
1) In order to provide appropriate conference facilities and services, we will need to have a good estimate of how many participants will be attending the conference. We would therefore appreciate if you could send us a short e-mail indicating whether you still intend to participate in the Conference on the new dates or whether you will not be able to join. We would appreciate if you could inform us before January 16, 2012.
2) All participants are required to contact their preferred hotels again in order to make new bookings. The recommended hotels are still the same and special room rates are available for a limited number of rooms. Early bookings are therefore advised.
3) Pre-registration is still required and we would like you to use your old username and password to login and carefully check, update and complete your information. If you forgot your login information, please send us a short e-mail and we will send you your username and password by e-mail. Because transportation and conference materials will be prepared based on the pre-registration database, we hope to have your complete information including your accommodation and flight details by the deadline of February 3, 2012.
Further details can be found at http://eropa2011.nida.ac.th including a tentative conference program and information on recommended hotels.
Should you have any other questions or request, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We are looking forward to welcoming you here in Bangkok between February 19-23, 2012.
Sincerely,
EROPA 2011 Organizing Committee
